Tips to maintain weight and loose those extra kilos :-
1. Shorten your session. You shouldn’t skip a workout for a party or a snuggle day but you can do a shorter sweat session. Forget the gym and try doing indoor sessions – Hot yoga, Stretching and quick mat workout.
2. Quit Sugar and Go Green.
Quiting Sugar is a great way to avoid gaining weight and eating green leafy vegetables is too good for skin and health.
3. Pack your plate with protein. It keeps you feeling full longer and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. Even snacks should have at least 10 grams of protein.
4. Go for a Brisk walk in the Sun
20 to 30 mins walk in the sun is also very beneficial during winters.
5. Always have a glass of water or hot tea in your hand.
Drinking water is avoided y many causing dehydration and we often mistake dehydration for hunger. Diligent water consumption can curb snacking for the wrong reasons and boost energy.
6. Go for healthy salads / stews /Soup.
Munch on healthy salads, Hot soups and vegetables stews this winters and have a glowing Skin.
7. Try to Go Gym Daily
Try to be regular in physical activity and be regular and eat smartly, never miss gym more than 3 days.
